01 Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words carry specific meanings:

• "CraftyMine Studios", "we", "us", or "our" — CraftyMine Studios, operating in Australia.
• "Platform" — the CraftyMine website, which provides curated and aggregated Minecraft-related content including news, product updates, reviews, marketplace items, and merchandise.
• "User" or "you" — any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Content" — articles, editorial material, images, graphics, listings, product descriptions, and other material we publish on the Platform.
• "Third-Party Content" — any content, product, service, or website not owned or controlled by CraftyMine Studios.
• "Products" — physical or digital goods sold directly by CraftyMine Studios.
• "Affiliate Products" — goods or services sold by third parties that we promote, where we may receive a commission if you purchase through our links.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate or in applicable law. Where practical, we'll flag significant changes — but continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 About the Platform

CraftyMine is a fan-run community hub that curates and aggregates Minecraft-related news, updates, and content for players of all kinds.

All material on the Platform represents our own editorial commentary and aggregated links. Nothing here should be read as an official statement from Mojang or any other developer.

04 Third-Party Links & Affiliate Disclosure

The Platform links to a range of third-party websites — both official and community-run. When you follow those links you're leaving CraftyMine and entering a site we don't control. We:

• Do not control third-party websites or their content
• Cannot guarantee their accuracy, security, or product quality
• Are not responsible for anything that happens on those sites

Some of our links are affiliate links — meaning we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. Where content is sponsored or paid for, we'll say so clearly. All purchases of Affiliate Products are transactions between you and the relevant third party; we're not party to that sale.

10 Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to keep things accurate and the site running smoothly, we can't guarantee:

• That all Content is complete, current, or error-free at all times
• That the Platform will always be available or uninterrupted
• That third-party products or services will meet your expectations

Our editorial content and commentary is general in nature and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or any other form of specialist advice.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftyMine Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

• Your use of (or inability to use) the Platform
• Reliance on any Content published on the Platform
• Third-party products or services
• Service interruptions or outages

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted under applicable Australian law.

12 Privacy & Data

We take your privacy seriously. The personal information we collect is limited to what's needed:

• Email address (for account creation and purchases)
• Transaction details (to process your orders)

13 Future User Contributions

We're not there yet, but if we introduce the ability for users to submit or upload content in future, any such contributions will be subject to additional terms — including a limited licence granted to CraftyMine Studios to host and display that content on the Platform.

Until that functionality is live, users may not upload content to the Platform.

14 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CraftyMine Studios from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• A breach of these Terms by you
• Misuse of the Platform
• Infringement of a third party's rights
